ADDITIONAL SERVICES

* Separate from daily care as well as a service by itself. This service consists of a 45-minute walk.
** Available if an appointment needs to be kept while the pet parent is away. Discussed during Initial Visit.
*** These services are free of charge if pet sitting is being provided.

Horses/Cattle/Donkeys

• Food: Each pet will be fed and hay given according to pet parent instructions, including separate feed and/or supplements for each horse as needed.
  
• Water: Fresh water will be given daily. Water troughs/buckets will be cleaned as needed. Pet parent will be responsible for providing cleaning solutions and brushes.
  
• Stalls: Each stall will be cleaned; all waste removed, and fresh shavings added. Waste will be placed as instructed, and, if a manure spreader is used, that can be arranged.
  
• Extra Care: If pets are to receive extra care i.e. brush down, hooves cleaned, fly spray applied, etc. that can also be arranged.
  
• Medicine: Will be given per pet parent instructions at no additional costs.
  

Dogs/Cats

• Food: Each dog/cat will be fed according to pet parent instructions. That includes amounts, locations, bowls, etc. Treats can be given per instructions.
  
• Water: Fresh water will be given daily and water bowls cleaned as needed.
  
• Let Out: Dogs will be let out to eliminate either on a leash or in your fenced yard first thing upon arrival, and also again upon leaving. A play session will happen before your dog is fed for medical reasons.
  
• Litter Boxes: Will be cleaned at each visit.
  
• Medicine: Will be given per pet parent instructions.
  

Avian

• Food: Each bird will be fed according to pet parent instructions.
• Water: Fresh water will be given daily and water bowls cleaned as needed.
  

In General

• Standard charge is $40.00 per day. 4 Paws and 4 Hoofs Pet Sitting reserves the right to adjust this charge depending on the care needed. 
• Pet Parent is responsible for all food, hay, medicines, bowls, supplies, buckets, stall forks, and water sources for each pet.
• If additional supplies run out i.e. cat food/dog food, cat liter, large animal grain etc., there will be a flat fee of $10.00 plus the cost of supplies.
• Pet parents will receive an Initial Visit. This visit will be an introductory visit with the pet parent and 4 Paws and 4 Hoofs Pet Sitting. It is free of charge. At the Initial Visit, the pet parent will go over instructions for their pets, location of food, water, supplies, location of feeding areas, medication instructions, and if the pet parent chooses to do a key exchange. Phone numbers for the pet parent and the pets Veterinarian information will be gone over at the Initial Visit, as well as pick up signed paperwork.
• Pet Sitting fees will need to be paid on/before the first day of service dates. $30.00 return check fee.
• Cancellation fees may apply prior to service dates.​
